This inpatient/hospital employed position has become open due to an increase need for services in the local area. Hospitalists handle admissions from 7pm until 7am. This position is offered by a 287 bed not for profit hospital in northern New York state. Schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off. You will be joining a staff of 180 physicians with many sub-specialty areas being supported. The hospitalist team currently has 8 physicians and 1 physician assistant.But they are moving to a team of 10 physicians Generous compensation package includes base salary in the range of $222K to $243K based on experience and certification, with bonuses paid based on RVU.There is also the opportunity to earn extra compensation for teaching.
