#xxxx4 - MEDICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR - Syracuse, NY
This is a temp to hire position with a fast-growing company. We are seeking candidates with very strong communication skills, excellent phone presence and strong customer service skills. In this role you will co-ordinate sales and services, respond to requests for service, and process the necessary paperwork for the delivery of medical equipment and supplies to patient's homes. This position requires a candidate with strong coordinating skills. You will handle initial customer contact, via the phone, in person or the web; receive, qualify and process orders according to procedure- in a timely, efficient, accurate and courteous manner; respond to queries from customers concerning product deliveries and services; be accountable for providing a high-level of customer service and for following established procedures for the generation of orders and problem resolution. There is significant clerical work required in processing orders, and you must be proficient in word processing, database management, filing, collating and mailing. This is a temp to hire position, $12-14/hour with benefits. Candidates would be scheduled Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm during training for approximately 2-3 months. Hours would increase after training to 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday 8-4:30pm or 8:30-5pm.
