Syracuse Home at McHarrie Place is seeking a Registered Nurse
with excellent clinical/assessment skills to screen potential residents for long term placement, short term rehabilitation and respite. Full Time: Monday-Friday. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to act as liason between patients, families healthcare professional and the Syracuse Home team. Serves as primary representative of Syracuse Home to promote services to physicians, hospitals and the community. Ability to make independent and sound decisions. Ability to travel (hospital/home visits) for the purpose of screening potential residents for admission. Knowledge of MDS, PRI process.
